Team & Collaborator Access
Once you're not the only person touching the account — a designer handling card layouts, a staff member handling data entry, a partner who only needs one specific school — sharing your own login stops being safe or auditable. Team access lets you invite collaborators with scoped permissions: they can be limited to specific schools rather than your whole account, and each keeps their own login rather than a shared password floating around on WhatsApp.
Custom Fonts
Free fonts get a template most of the way there, but a school or corporate client with an established brand identity often has a specific typeface they use everywhere else — and a card that doesn't match reads as sloppy.
