Frequently asked questions
Does this upscale or AI-restore blurry photos?+
No — it's a colour and tone editor, not an upscaler. It fixes photos that are dark, flat, washed out or slightly soft. It can't add detail that the camera never captured.
What can I adjust?+
Brightness, contrast, saturation and sharpness, each on a slider, plus filter presets including greyscale and warm and cool tones. All four apply across the batch at once.
Does enhancing reduce image quality?+
The adjustments are applied once, at export, to the full-size image — not re-applied to an already-processed copy. Export as PNG for a lossless result, or JPG for smaller files.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?+
Cropping, rotating, enhancing, resizing and exporting all run inside your browser — those photos never leave your device. The only exception is AI background removal, which has to run on a GPU server. Those images are processed and discarded immediately; nothing is stored, and nothing is attached to an account.
Is it really free?+
Yes. There is no watermark, no sign-up wall and no trial timer. The browser-side tools are unlimited; only AI background removal is capped, because each cut-out costs real GPU time.
